The author scared me a bit this week, when the latest chapter came out on ncode marked “Completed” 〔完結済〕. Until I read the chapters Postscript which said that there was going to be a Part 2.

No Idea. It may be soon since the author originally planned to put upcoming events in before ending part one.
Since this one is a “Part two” and not “Plans for a sequel” like Upstart Pasty Chef we can definitely hope.

One thing I want to know how the name will change.
The Realist Hero’s first part was Rebuilding the Kingdom, the second part Restructuring the Kingdom, the third part Building the Major Power(Great Country)

I mean Realist Hero follows a logical and predictable path along Souma’s plan to make his Kingdom equal to the Empire.
Maou-sama machizukuri I feel is a bit harder to pin down, hopefully it isn’t just “Part 2”.

Well pt.1 was about him creating a City from his dungeon (Demon King’s Urban Development! ~The Strongest Dungeon is a Modern City~), so I’m guessing pt.2’s title would have something to do with him creating a Kingdom now that he has graduated into an official Demon King.
At least I hope he creates a kingdom instead of just stop with his city. I can’t help but think that it would be really unbefitting for a Demon King who has S ranked monsters under his command to be satisfied with just a city.
