Before I forget again, what do you guys think about the terms rooms and floors? I ask because in the raws as far back as the second volume, I think, rooms are referred to as floors and floors are now referred to as layers or strata. There is no note about it but I think this is done so that readers won’t have the misconception about rooms, like they’re just the small rooms we have in our houses. Would you like me to adapt this change too? Or is it too late in the game?
I sort of prefers when the Same layer is referred to as a floor, a layer of floors referred to as strata or layer (like top, middle and lower strata/layer), and the rooms areas of a floor are referred to as room or area regardless of size.

Well it does give a rather different impression, so I’m not sure. When it says rooms on a floor, then I imagine one level plane divided into multiple areas. They might be very large areas you could fit a bunch of ‘Tokyo Domes’ in, but it’s all on the same level.
While with Floors and Strata, it’s more like the dungeon is divided up into layers and those layers can be divided up into multiple areas that can be next to each other or on top of each other.
Without knowing which one it’s supposed to be with a more detailed explanation, I can’t really decide which is better.

I messed up the terminology there when I should have said Layers and Strata, and then used something other than layers in the description. But you know what I mean, right?

Meh, the terms you have now are fine. Floors and rooms are the usual dungeon terms, while Strata and floors just sounds silly to me.

It’s ok to adapt the changes, you can just edit thepast chapters.

But I’m too lazy lol.
But seriously, do you think those terms are better?

Well if you’re lazy to do that, just make a note in the next chapter and your TOS. You can also make a term change notes on your sidebar so no matter where your readers starts reading, they’ll see your TL note.
